The competition is conducted in accordance with the rules, regulations and guidelines set by the organizing committee. However, we reserve the right to modify, change, or cancel any aspect of the competition at any time without prior notice.

Eligible candidates matching the competition rules and eligibility criteria would be allowed to participate.It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure the authenticity of their individual data provided to us at the time of joining.The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who fails to meet the eligibility criteria or violates the competition rules and guidelines.

The jury member's decision shall be final. It is mandatory that the participants acknowledge and accept that the judges’ decisions regarding scoring, selection of winners, and any related matters are at their sole discretion.The organizers are not liable for any disagreement, dispute, or dissatisfaction arising from the judging process or the decisions made by the panel of judges.

Participation in the Beauty Pageant Competition is voluntary, and participants assume all risks associated with their involvement. The organizers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from or in connection with the competition.Participants are responsible for their own actions, conduct, and behavior during the competition.

Participants grant the organizers the right to use their names, photographs, videos, and other media content for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes related to the competition.
